The Directorate is conducting a public auction through sealed bids in accordance with the Public Procurement Law and the specific terms and conditions for leasing agricultural lands belonging to the Lebaa Experimental and Agricultural Guidance Station, affiliated with the Litani River Authority, for a period of six years, renewable. The area covers 50 dunams, and the auction starts from the minimum annual rental rate per dunam as specified in the terms and conditions, which is 200 USD (United States Dollars) per dunam per year.

The leasing file can be reviewed, and a copy can be obtained during official working hours at the Procurement Directorate office in Bshara Khoury Street, Ghanaja Building, 4th floor, against a payment of 1,000,000 Lebanese Pounds in cash to the Directorate's fund.

Bids must be submitted in person at the central office until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023. The bids will be opened in a public session immediately after their submission at the main Directorate's offices at the above-mentioned address.
